You all are requested to participate in our SARASWATI PUJA to be held on January 24, 2010 at Lakewood. Goddess Saraswati is the goddess of knowledge, art and music, and wisdom. She represents the creative and inspirational aspect of Shakti. Children and teenagers are most welcome in this yearly festive event.

Dakshini is organizing Recitation Competition, Drawing Competition and Dance/Singing Performance during the Saraswati Puja.  
Parents are requested to encourage their kids to participate actively in this year’s Puja. Do join us in large numbers! 
 

Venue: Hoover Middle School, 3501 Country Club Drive, Lakewood, CA 90712 (corner of Downey Blvd. & Country Club Drive).


Important Notice: California State laws prohibits smoking, drinking and littering inside the school premises, including the parking lot. We are requesting everyone to abide by these restrictions and help us to organize a smooth and enjoyable event.

Suggested Donation: $20 per family
